Accommodation

All animals who stay with us receive the same market leading care irrespective of accommodation type. We pride ourselves on having the very highest standards across all services and would always welcome any new customers to visit us to have a look around before you book a stay, please contact us to arrange a time to suit.

Check in is between 8.00am and 5.30pm on day of arrival, collection is inclusive up to 12.00pm on day of departure. Should you wish to have a late check out this is available up to 5.30pm with an additional day charge.

Dogs

All Dog Care includes 2 walks per day, own diet food for overnight care, insurance, heating (seasonally appropriate), and wellbeing time from qualified and experienced team members. Additional services are available on request.

Daily Care

Our standard Daycare offers individual comfortable, heated accommodation with separate sleeping and run area. It includes two individual walks and you can additional play sessions as well as early check in/late check out at a small additional charge. 8.00am-5.30pm is inclusive and we offer Early Drop off (from 7.00am) / Late Pick Up (up to 6.00pm) at an additional charge.

Play Day Socialisation Full Days

Our Socialisation Play Days are perfect for puppies and younger dogs who want to meet and interact with other sociable dogs. They include all the same great services included in our standard Daycare service as well as extra 1 to 1 play within their own personal kennel, 2 play sessions with a fully qualified training specialist, brain stimulation games and report card to see their progression! Includes lunch if required.

Standard Kennels

Our roomy, fully covered standard kennels offer a generous open fronted run with separate indoor warm heated sleeping area.

Hillside Apartments

Our Hillside accommodation takes things up a level with a larger indoor sleeping area with underfloor heating and personal radio, also having open fronted ‘outdoor’ fully covered run.

Luxury Lodges

Our Luxury Lodges are our largest kennels offering the ultimate pooch holiday. With an individual radiant heating system, which is thermostatically controlled, your furry family member can enjoy their personal TV in a spacious indoor sleeping area whilst you can check in on them from their individual webcam. There is then a covered outside area which leads to their own large, outdoor exercise area! Cherry Lodge is the smaller of the 2 lodges and can accommodated up to 2 guests with Oak Lodge being the larger of the 2 lodges and can accommodated up to 4 guests.

Cats

All Cat Care includes daily 1 to 1 wellbeing time from qualified and experienced team members, own diet food, insurance, and heating. Additional services are available on request.

Standard

Our roomy, multi level cat accommodation offers a warm and cosy stay.

POD

Our POD accommodation has the same great features as our standard cat accommodation with one very cool addition.. the POD! Developed by us your feline family members get a gateway to the outdoors where they can watch the world go by whilst be safely cocooned in a Perspex POD where they can soak up some sun!

Family

The largest of our cat accommodation has all the same great multi level features of our standards but are much larger and have a large double glazed window for them to stretch out in. These can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Small Animals

Our plush Small Animals room can cater to the needs of rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, degu, mice and tortoises. We offer a spacious enclosure with the supply of all dietary requirements and plenty of cuddles!
