Referral Offer – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Home from Home Petcare “£10 Off Referral Offer”. By taking part in this promotion, both the referring customer (“Referrer”) and the referred customer (“Referred Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Eligibility

• The offer is open to existing Home from Home Petcare customers aged 18 or over.
• A Referred Customer must be a new client who has not previously used any Home from Home Petcare services.
• Home from Home Petcare reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and refuse participation where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

1. Referral Process

• The Referrer must provide the referral voucher to the Referred Customer.
• The Referred Customer must notify Home from Home Petcare of the Referrer’s full name at the time of booking. Referrals cannot be applied retrospectively.
• The referral is deemed valid only once the Referred Customer has completed and paid for their first boarding booking.

1. Discount Application

• Upon successful completion of the Referred Customer’s first boarding stay, both parties will receive a £10 discount applied to their next boarding booking.
• The discount:
• Applies per booking, not per pet.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or loyalty reward.
• Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
• Is non‑transferable and may only be used by the customer to whom it is issued.

1. Booking Conditions

• All bookings remain subject to availability and Home from Home Petcare’s standard booking terms, policies, and pricing.
• The referral discount must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added after a booking has been confirmed.
• If a booking is cancelled, the discount will not be reissued unless Home from Home Petcare, at its sole discretion, agrees otherwise.

1. Validity & Limitations

• Only one referral discount may be redeemed per booking.
• There is no limit to the number of new customers a Referrer may refer; however, each referral must meet all eligibility criteria.
• Home from Home Petcare reserves the right to reject referrals that appear to be duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

1. Misuse & Fraud Prevention

• The referral scheme is intended for genuine introductions only.
• Home from Home Petcare may withhold or withdraw discounts where:
• Fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behaviour is suspected.
• The referral relationship cannot be verified.
• The offer is being used in a manner inconsistent with its purpose.

1. Changes to the Offer

• Home from Home Petcare reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will not affect discounts already earned but not yet redeemed, provided they remain within the validity period.

1. Liability

• Home from Home Petcare accepts no liability for:
• Lost, delayed, or incorrectly submitted referral information.
• Any inability to apply the discount due to system errors, customer error, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

1. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Dog Show 2023

Spring Dog Show Sunday 23rd April 2023!

We would like to invite you all to join us for our Spring Dog Show on Sunday the 23rd of April! We will be running the event from 12:30pm till 4pm. Where we’ll be hosting a variety of dog shows, agility competitions, games, stalls and more! The schedule and categories for the dog show will be released shortly, if you wish to enter your pooch into one of our shows or agility competitions please contact us for further details

We thoroughly enjoyed hosting our first dog show last year and can’t wait to welcome you all back for a fun-filled day and to raise some money for charity!

Tickets are available to buy in our reception, due to

restricted parking our ‘car’ tickets are limited to 30 spaces which must be booked before the day

£3 for adult entry

£1 for kids

Under 12s go free

£12 for a car ticket (Up to 5 people)

Santa’s S-Elfies

To Celebrate 30 years providing care to the pets of Yorkshire and Lincolnshire we have teamed up with The Hull Daily Mail sponsoring their Santa’s S-Elfies Photo Special. We will also be running our own competition alongside this where you have the chance to ‘Win your stay’.

Santa Selfies Christmas keepsake is a chance for you and your family to appear in the Hull Daily Mail. They will be publishing their Christmas Special in the Hull Daily Mail on Tuesday, December 20th .

To appear in our Santa’s S-Elfies Photo Supplement simply upload your photo at the link below. Closing date for photos for this is 23:59pm on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022.

For our competition simply ‘tag‘ us in a festive picture with your furry friends and ‘check in’ at Home from Home Pet Care on Facebook or Instagram before the 30th of December and the picture with the most likes across both platforms will win their stay back in kennel credit to be used at any time during 2023. Don’t worry if you don’t have a booking with us as you can exchange the prize for a £150 voucher that can be used in our shop or with our groomers at The Groom Inn. Eligible bookings for the competition are between 1st December 2022 and 28th February 2023.
