Dog Training Terms and Conditions

Initial Assessment & 1-2-1 Sessions

Initial assessments are payable in full on booking.

If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your appointment a full refund will be given.

If you cancel your booking within 7 days but more than 24 hours before your appointment time a 50% refund will be given.

If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice your full booking fee will be retained.

If we cancel your appointment a full refund will be issued or transferred to a future booking.

Group Classes

If you cancel your space on a group class with more than 14 days before your start date a full refund will be given.

If you cancel your space on a group class within 7 – 14 days of your start date a 50% refund will be given.

If you cancel your space on a group class with less than 7 days before your start date, then your full course fee will be retained.

If your dog comes into season for the first time, as this cannot be planned a full refund may be given at the discretion of our training manager.
