We offer discounts for guests attending more then 4 days a month, for 1 dog staying 5 to 9 times a month the daily charge is £24, staying 10 or more times a month and it is £23.50. If you have 2 dogs staying together the cost will be £39 per stay between 4 and 9 per month and 10 or more will be £38 per stay!

Please note that for 1 night stays in standard accommodation there is a £5.50 surcharge (per kennel not guest) and for Hillside and Lodges there is a 2 night minimum charge. Overnight Care is per Night not per day and is inclusive to 12pm on day of departure, collection after 12pm is available at an additional charge.

With the extreme increase in the cost and huge rise in new brands of food available we have now introduced a Standard Menu to choose from and available to all guests included in the overnight rate. We also have a Premium Menu available to add on to Standard bookings at an additional charge or included with Hillside and Lodge bookings. Please call for full list, we will continue to make available as many options as sustainably possible and as always you are welcome to supply your own food at no extra cost.
Pet Taxi
We can offer transport to and from our site in our fully electric, fully fitted, insured luxury Pet Taxi. This can be from anywhere up to 40 miles from us and charged at £15 up to 4 miles then £2 per mile there after. Please call for an individual quote.

20% deposit or 1 night (whichever is the greater) is required on ALL bookings at the time of booking. We may provisionally book your pet in if requested, but please be aware that your booking is at risk of cancellation if you do not pay your deposit by the date you are advised to do so at the time of booking.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless we are informed 4 weeks prior to booking and explicitly at the manager’s discretion.
Due to the ongoing increase to energy costs an additional charge per accommodation may be payable during colder months. We will always try to keep this to a bare minimum. At present the charges are as follows per night: 50p for Cats, £1 for standard Dogs and £1.50p for Hillside and the Lodges.
All nightly prices are inclusive of Heating, Insurance, V.A.T, Food (from our standard menu, supplement for premium brands and Raw diets), Daily Wellbeing Sessions and Two Individual Walks daily for dogs. If collecting your pet after 12pm on the day of departure we charge a late check-out fee (Additional charges for multiple dogs) and also for cats and small animals (Additional charges for cats and small animals). For bookings that fall on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day, Easter Sunday and ALL Bank Holidays, a surcharge of £12.50 is charged for each of those days respectively.
All bookings must be paid in full on check in, if you decide to collect early please be aware the full booking amount will still be charged, as we have a waiting list for much of the year there are no exceptions to this.
